The bathroom had plumbing issues and the problem was not properly fixed.

The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is within walking distance of the village and close to the hill for skiing. the property is secluded and quiet, perfect for relaxing evenings. the apartments are comfortable and well-equipped, with free shuttle service to the village and casino. the rooms are spacious and clean, and the property offers a free parking facility.
The procedure for picking up the key could have been better explained.

The proximity to the pedestrian village was fantastic, making it easy to access the shops and restaurants. The spacious and well-equipped condos were perfect for our family reunion. We also appreciated the responsive service provided by the staff.
The bathrooms in our condo had constant drainage problems, and the bedsheets had stains that couldn't be removed. Additionally, some of the dining chairs were broken and the stove stopped working.
